Hi! My name is Ashley! I'm the founder of Tall Drink of Yoga. After years in the service industry, I know firsthand how physically and emotionally demanding it can be. Long shifts, aching feet, and the stress of always being "on" take a toll. Yoga changed everything for me, and now I'm here to help others find that same relief, balance, and strength through mindful movement.
While I specialize in supporting those in the service industry, let's be real-everyone deals with stress, tension, and burnout. My classes are open to anyone who's looking for a little more ease in their body and mind, because the need for rest, resilience, and reconnection isn't limited to any one job type.
My approach is rooted in trauma-informed yoga, meaning I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive and empowering. You won't find rigid expectations or pressure here-just a practice that meets you where you are, honors your experience, and helps you reconnect with your body in a way that feels good.
