Our inclusive approach offers a variety of modifications, allowing you to choose what works best for your body and meet yourself exactly where you’re at. All levels are welcome. Trauma-Informed Yoga

This class is taught through a trauma-informed lens, emphasizing mindful word usage and fostering a safe, supportive environment. You will be encouraged to make choices that feel right for you and your body. Our goal is to provide a safe space for all individuals and bodies. 

Trauma affects our nervous systems, brains and bodies as a whole. This class is ideal for those suffering from PTSD, Anxiety or Depressive conditions, trauma diagnoses, deep loss or grief, and also physical traumas. We hope you experience the positive effects of yoga through this class. We recommend complementing this class with support from a trusted therapist and/or our Trauma Touch Therapists.

30-Min Morning Flow

30-Min Morning Flow is a gentle, efficient way to start your day with intention. We'll wake up together by taking a brief moment in the morning just for ourselves. Class begins with a grounded, light warm-up, flows through three rounds of sun salutations, and closes with a short meditation. Let me support you in starting your day feeling balanced, centered, and clear-minded.

Private Yoga Session

Private yoga sessions with Tall Drink of Yoga are personalized to support your unique needs and goals. These one-on-one or small group sessions offer focused guidance, increased privacy, and individualized alignment support. Private sessions are available for individuals or groups of 2–10 people, including partners, families, or friends looking to reconnect and create more balance together.

Maybe you’re looking to build strength, gently move your body, explore a Yin practice, or experience trauma-informed designed yoga as you build inner safety. Perhaps you would benefit from a thoughtful blend of these styles to meet you where you are.

I highly recommend the 5-session private package. With this package, your first session is complimentary. This gives us space to connect, talk through your goals, expectations, and any hesitations, and thoughtfully shape a practice that feels supportive and aligned with you.

In practicing with Tall Drink of Yoga, my hope is to offer you the focused support and space you need to grow.
