This class is taught through a trauma-informed lens, emphasizing mindful word usage and fostering a safe, supportive environment. You will be encouraged to make choices that feel right for you and your body. Our goal is to provide a safe space for all individuals and bodies.Â
Trauma affects our nervous systems, brains and bodies as a whole. This class is ideal for those suffering from PTSD, Anxiety or Depressive conditions, trauma diagnoses, deep loss or grief, and also physical traumas. We hope you experience the positive effects of yoga through this class. We recommend complementing this class with support from a trusted therapist and/or our Trauma Touch Therapists.

Join us for a mid-day break to reset and recharge! The beginning of the week can be hectic and overwhelming, so take this opportunity to give your nervous system a well-deserved rest. This slower flow class will incorporate some yin postures, allowing your body time to rest and rejuvenate for the rest of the work week. All levels are welcome, plenty of options for modifications will be provided to accommodate all levels.Â
