Hi, I’m Ashley Bozarth, a dedicated yoga instructor with a passion for helping others find balance, relief, and resilience through yoga. I’ve been practicing regularly since 2010, and after nearly two decades in the restaurant industry, I understand the toll that long hours, physical strain, and stress can take on both the body and mind.

Tall Drink of Yoga was born out of both frustration and realization. As a service industry worker with scoliosis, I struggled to find yoga resources that addressed the unique challenges that working in this industry creates-tight hips, sore shoulders, and full-body fatigue, to name a few. Most classes catered to desk workers, leaving me feeling overlooked. Realizing how much yoga eased my pain, I decided to create a practice tailored specifically to service industry professionals, combining my experience working in the weeds with the healing power of yoga.

But Tall Drink of Yoga was also born from a deeper lesson: I cannot pour into others if I am running on empty. I learned that in order to truly help and uplift those around me, I had to first take care of myself-to fill my own cup so that I could show up fully for others. This philosophy guides my teaching, encouraging students to prioritize their own well-being without guilt, so they can move through life with more strength, ease, and presence.

My teaching is rooted in trauma-informed yoga, a practice I was drawn to as I worked through my own experiences and deepened my understanding of how trauma affects both the mind and body. I want to create a space where students feel safe, supported and empowered–where yoga isn’t about forcing yourself before you're ready but about reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels healing and accessible. Whether you’re looking to relieve physical tension, regulate stress, or simply take a breath for yourself, my goal is to guide you toward greater ease and self-acceptance–both on and off the mat. Check out this blog that I cowrote with Amber Stevens of Boundless Body and Wellness about Trauma-Informed Yoga for more detailed information.

Beyond yoga, I love exploring creativity through drawing, painting, singing, and the occasional knitting project. I also enjoy getting lost in the beauty of eloquent writing and the depth of spiritual practice. I believe in the power of kindness, both towards others and ourselves, and I strive to bring that energy into my teaching.

Wherever you are on your journey, I’d love to share the practice of yoga with you. Let’s move, breathe, and grow together.
